No regrets when eating
Our cookies are fresh and perishable.
By law, you are not allowed to return or exchange these types of products.
So: if you placed an order and everything went well, we can't accept returns or refunds – even if you'd prefer a different flavor.

Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to PostNL, the courier is responsible for its delivery. Studio Zoet bij Sandra is not liable for delays, damage, or missing packages caused by PostNL.
