When you order from us, we need the following information:

• Address (for mail, of course)

• Email address (for updates about your order)

• Phone number (in case of any issues)

• Payment information (only to complete your payment – we don't see it ourselves)

 

Why?

We only use your information for:

• Processing your order

• Delivering your cookies via PostNL

• Contacting you if something goes wrong or goes well 😄

• (Very occasionally) an email about something delicious or a fun promotion – but only if you want us to.

 

How do we store your information?

Your data is stored in a secure environment. We don't keep it longer than necessary. Sometimes we have to keep it a little longer (for example, for the tax authorities), but otherwise, we'll delete it in a timely manner.

Do we share your data?

Yes, but only when necessary:

• With PostNL, so your cookies arrive safely

• With a payment provider (such as iDEAL, Mollie, or something similar), to ensure your payment is processed securely

We never sell your data.
